How do I get the based discount?
In order to receive the based aircraft discount you will need to follow a few steps.
1. Aircraft must be based at Madison Municipal Airport.
2. Select a Fuel Card: For Individuals seeking a based discount, any credit card can be applied for a 100LL discount. For Jet-A and corporate cards, please visit https://titanfuels.aero/card-programs/ to select the card that best suits your needs.
3. Register Card with Airport Manager - DO NOT USE CARD UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. You will have to set up your card individually with Brent in order to receive the based aircraft discount. Please call 812-273-1914 once you have your card to SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.
4. Enjoy your discount!

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm based at a nearby Airport, can I get a discount on 100LL?
We do our best to keep 100LL prices on the retail side extremely competitive. The based discount is an incentive for aircraft to be based at Madison. Currently we do not offer discounts to transient aircraft other than Jet-A.
I'm based at Madison but didn't get my discount, what can I do?
If you have already set up your discount with us and are not getting your discount, contact us immediately. A few things could be causing the system to not give you a discount. The following are common issues with discounts:
Bad or Worn Magnetic Strips
The discounts are tied to the name on the card and the last 4 digits of your card. If the card reader cannot read both of these lines off of the magnetic strip, you may not get your discount. If you begin to have issues with your card, whether it be repeated or intermittent, a worn magnetic strip may be the culprit. Contact us as soon as possible if this occurs and we can see if this is the case.
New Credit Cards
Sometimes when a Card Holder is issued a new card, the Credit Card company will change the card number and/or type of card. Since the discount is tied to the Name on the Card, Card Type, and Last 4 digits, a change in any of these will result in the discount not being given. Contact us to get your card updated in the system!
Dirty Card Reader
Dirty Credit Cards, Dust, Weather, and everything else gets in the Credit Card reader over time. We do our best to keep the credit card reader clean but sometimes this can be the issue. Please contact Airport Management of any issues.
Technical Issue
Every now and again, the possibility of a technical glitch can occur. Please contact Airport Management of any issues.

I just realized I haven't been getting my discount, can I get reimbursed from my past purchases?
It is the cardholders responsibility to make sure they are getting their discount. We cannot retroactively give money back more than 24 hours after the last transaction.

- If you get a new credit card, check and make sure it's the one we have on file.
- When getting fuel, your discount is immediately applied at the beginning of fueling and the price on the LCD screen will reflect the discount. If the price on the LCD screen matches the retail price, you're not getting your discount! Stop fueling and contact Airport Management for the fix!
